A Hammock Dunes home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of to May 21-27. Donald and Nancy Davidson, of Brighton, Michigan, sold the home at 11 San Gabriel Lane to Lorene Comeau and Peter Comeau, of Andover, Massachusetts, for $755,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace and 3,203 square feet of living area.
 

FLAGLER BEACH
Fairchild Oaks
Suntrust Mortgage Inc. sold the home at 16 Willow Trace to Jonathan and Donna Screnock, of Flagler Beach, for $485,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool, a spa and 5,448 square feet of living area.

Plantation Bay
Intervest at Plantation Bay sold the home at 676 Southlake Drive to Deborah Spelman, of Ormond Beach, for $494,981. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,624 square feet of living area.

Jeffrey Nedelman, of Arlington, Virginia, sold the condo at 1000 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 1015, to Ellen McGraw and Paul Edward Kandour Jr., of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 squre feet of living area.

Cinnamon Beach
Brian and Linda Abel, of Rockville, Maryland, sold the condo at 200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 154, to Richard and Stacy Butterfield, of Lakeland, for $345,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet of living area.

Alan and Charlotte Mandell, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 1000 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 945, to Ryan and Kimberly Grovijohn, of Cumming Georgia, for $325,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area.

KB Homes Jacksonville LLC sold the home at 129 Spoonbill Drive to Robert and Shari Leonard, of Palm Coast, for $232,900. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,197 square feet of living area.

Ian and Margaret Cox, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Westover Lane to John and Susan Maluski, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,726 square feet of living area.

Maronda Homes Inc. sold the home at 88 Smith Trail to Conrad H. Tietje Jr., of Palm Coast, for $203,500. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,971 square feet of living area.
