Donald and Nancy Davidson, of Brighton, Michigan, sold the home at 11 San Gabriel Lane to Lorene Comeau and Peter Comeau, of Andover, Massachusetts, for $755,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace and 3,203 square feet of living area.

Suntrust Mortgage Inc. sold the home at 16 Willow Trace to Jonathan and Donna Screnock, of Flagler Beach, for $485,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool, a spa and 5,448 square feet of living area.
