A Hammock Dunes home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of to May 14-20. Fred and Nora Greenblatt, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1 Via Salerno to Carl Duyck and Dennis Flood, of Lewes, Delaware, for $745,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa and 3,461 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $532,400.

Plantation Bay
Intervest at Plantation Bay sold the home at 632 Elk River Drive to Deborah Spelman, of Ormond Beach, for $379,437. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,335 square feet of living area

Cypress Knoll
Helga Day, of Bel Air, Maryland, sold the home at 62 Edith Pope Drive to Ryan Reardon, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,526 square feet of living area.
 

Grand Haven
Olsen Custom Homes and Consulting Inc. sold the home at 222 Willow Oak Way to Terry Habig, of Eagle River, Arkansas, for $675,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace, a summer kitchen and 3,295 square feet of living area.

James and Judy Knight, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold the home at 1 Cordoba Court to William Baxter White and Colleen Muriel Brydon, of Canada, for $640,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace and 3,547 square feet.

Anthony Caputo and C. Tonya Caputo, of Midlothian, Virginia, sold the home at 38 Ballard Lane to MJ Development LLC for $116,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,515 square feet of living area.

Steven Edson and Charles Edson sold the home at 28 Banton Lane to Daniel Hine Jr. and Dorothy Hine, of Palm Coast, for $144,450. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,607 square feet of living area.

Luzviminda Puyotan sold the home at 38 Bassett Lne to Toney Barnes III and Ornanong Barnes, of Palm Coast, for $158,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,527 square feet of living area.

Lawrence Cavaliere, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 46 Bickford Drive to Glorioso Cruz and Miriam Cruz, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, for $135,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,112 square feet of living area.

Marilyn Rainey, of Okeechobee, sold the home at 9 Botany Lane to Christopher Mack, of Bayside, New York, for $108,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,247 square feet.

Robert and Melodee Dillabough sold the home at 4 Bowie Place to John and Lori Bennet, of Vermontville, New York, for $163,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a fireplace and 1,763 square feet of living area.

Mortgage Equity Conversion Asset Trust sold the home at 60 Brockton Lane to austo and Olga Azevedo, of Warren, New Jersey, for $115,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,443 square feet of living area.

Glenn Fairchild, individually and as trustee of the 37 Radford Lane Trust, sold the home at 37 Radford Lane to Andrew and Amanda Atkerson, of Palm Coast, for $144,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,730 square feet.

U.S. Bank sold the home at 17 Raemoor Drive to Wallace and Cynthia Johnston, of Palm Coast, for $89,991. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,220 square feet of living area.

Timothy Andy Evans an Donna King Evans, of Adairsville, Georgia, sold the home at 17 Raemoor Drive to Mark Kettering and Kristen Walker, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,787 square feet of living area.

Conrad Troha and Kerry Troha, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 75 Richmond Drive to Jeffery and Jessica Dawsey, of Palm Coast, for $134,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,574 square feet of living area.

Paul and Linda Cope, of Vienna, Virginia, sold the home at 19 Fircrest Lane to John and Suzanne Ottomanelli, of Palm Coast, for $188,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,912 square feet of living area.

Wilma Mathis, of Grayling, Michigan, sold the home at 9 Flaxton Lane to Paul Kelley, of Greenville, Kentucky, for $95,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,163 square feet of living area.

Li Yun Hu and Hng Guang Hu, of Brooklyn, New York, sold the home at 5 Fortress Court to Gary and Rhonda Thomlinson, of Monrroe, Georgia, for $154,500. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,629 square feet of living area.

U.S. Bank National Trust sold the home at 10 Uhler Court to Samantha Gemelli, of Palm Coast, for $149,900. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths, and 2,184 square feet of living area.
 

Seminole Woods
Thomas A Kelly, trustee of the 30 Sea Flower Path Trust, sold the home at 30 Sea Flower Path to Kelly Bowes, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedroms, two baths and 1,649 square feet of living area.

Defiant Construction Inc. sold the home at 1 Slate Blue Place to Carole Aycox and Sean Carey Aycox, of Philedelphia, for $219,900. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,342 square feet of living area.

U.S. Bank National Trust sold the home at 169 Underwood Trail to George Ernst, of Matawan, New Jersey, for $115,588. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,781 square feet of living area.
