A Hammock Dunes Portofin condo tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions, the week of Nov. 5-11. Rita and Donald Patterson Jr. Family Foundation, of Fairfax, Va., sold the condo at 7 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 906, to Nick and Nancy Wilson, of Chicago, for $950,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,840 square feet of living area.
 

FLAGLER BEACH
River Oaks
Thomas and Pauline Gray, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 445 Lambert Ave. to Paul and Vicki Reider, of Flagler Beach, for $392,500. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,857 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $320,000.
 

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Central Mortgage Company sold the home at 23 Priory Lane to Boris Melamed and Lioudmila Modylevskaia, of Fremont, Calif., for $165,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,680 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $131,100.
 

Cinnamon Beach
Michael Campbell Jr., of Dacula, Ga., sold the condo at 1000 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 932, to Betty and Brian O’Brien, of Gainesville, for $260,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $175,000.
 

Hammock Beach
Grietje Dejonge, of Bainbrook, Ontario, Canada, sold the condo at 200 Oceancrest Drive, Unit 354, to Adlai and Carolyn Green, of Longwood, for $700,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,588 square feet of living area.
 

Hammock Dunes Casa Bella
Vintage Autosport LLC sold the condo at 40 Casa Bella Circle, Unit 1101, to David and Valerie Hosea, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,014 square feet of living area.
 

Indian Trails
Paul Leighton, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 190 Beechwood Drive to Luis Espinoza, of Holly Hill, for $107,000. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,670 square feet of living area.

Dolores Grath, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 28 Berkshire Lane to Isaac Rodrigues and John Soares, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,661 square feet of living area.

Mary and Anthony Mongillo Sr., of West Haven, Conn., sold the home at 4 Big Bear Lane to Jessica Kippax, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet of living area.

Marie and Ginald Simon, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 27 Biscayne Drive to Kimberly Williams and
Shannon Barker, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,815 square feet of living area.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 20 Bishop Lane to Elizabeth Sikorski, of Palm Coast, for $128,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,299 square feet of living area.

Eugene Roberson Jr., trustee of the Hazel Garvin Roberson Declaration of Trust, sold the home at 4 Botany Lane to Dale Taylor, of New Castle, Pa., for $179,900. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,015 square feet of living area.

Helena Nilsen and Cruz Vera, of Staten Island, N.Y., sold the home at 138 Boulder Rock Place to Joseph and Victoria Lee, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,600 square feet of living area.

Anthony and Shirley Aquilone, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 12 Burrel Place to Kenneth and Pamela Watts, of Palm Coast, for $176,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,372 square feet of living area.
 

Lehigh Woods
David Dillworth, of East Durham, N.Y., sold the home at 12 Rosecroft Lane to Lisa Padillo, of Port Orange, for $114,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,366 square feet of living area.
 

Ocean Hammock
Sara and Joseph DeLucia, of Somers, N.Y., sold the home at 14 Cypresswood Drive N. to Robert Allen, of Palm Coast, for $670,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a pool and 4,672 square feet of living area.
 

Palm Club
Armando and Gloria Savet, of Mount Pleasant, S.C., sold the condo at 56 Club House Drive, Unit 201, to Jessica and Kenneth Nardine Jr., of Winsted, Conn., for $75,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 986 square feet of living area.
 

Palm Harbor
Gale and Jean Rodenbaugh, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 17 Cloverdale Court S. to John and Theresa Getman, of Dracut, Mass., for $187,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and lift, and 1,902 square feet of living area.

Henry and Iris Heisey, of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, sold the home at 5 Crandon Court to Gregory and Shirley Boutin, of Palm Coast, for $391,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a boat dock and house, and 2,149 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $275,000.

Eddie and Brenda Alvarez, of Barneget, N.J., sold the home at 26 Florida Park Drive N. to Palm Coast Freedom LLC for $53,500. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,195 square feet of living area.

Beverly Duinkerken, of Monticello, sold the home at 110 Foxhall Lane to Mario Santiago, Emillia Santiago and Helder Santiago, of Hauppauge, N.Y., for $173,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,158 square feet of living area.
 

Pine Grove
Elly Thomas, trustee of the 164 Point Pleasant Lane Trust, sold the home at 164 Point Pleasant Drive to Kenneth Laprall Jr. and Sandra Allen, of Palm Coast, for $137,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,588 square feet of living area.

National Residential Assets Corp., of Harrison, N.Y., sold the home at 13 Porter Lane to Yelena Afanasyeva, of Palm Coast, for $100,177. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,078 square feet of living area.
 

Pine Lake
Elizabeth Graney, of The Villages, sold the home at 48 Welling Place to Michael and Phyllis Holowich, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,723 square feet of living area.
 

Shangri-La
Lincoln Larson, trustee of the Ralph B. Larson Revocable Living Trust, sold the condo at 302 Palm Coast Parkway N.E., Unit 201, for $50,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 888 square feet of living area.
 

Tidelands
Barry Naus and Judith Moyer, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 35 S. Riverview Bend, Unit 1822, to Paul Schloss and Gisela Schloss-Birkholz, of Mountain Park, Ga., for $235,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,007 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $195,000.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold the condo at 45 S. Riverview Bend, Unit 1917, to GMAC Mortgage LLC for $90,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet of living area.
