Hammock Dunes condo sells for $725,000

A Hammock Dunes Tuscany condo tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of July 1-8. Crest Investments III LLC, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 105, to Kenton Pech, of Overland Park, Kan., for $725,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,417 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $990,000.

FLAGLER BEACH
Gerald Richardson, Cynthia Richardson and John William Richardson, of Frankford, Del., sold the home at 1111 N. Central Ave. to Frank and Tanya Minichiello, of Lynnfield, Mass., for $305,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,537 square feet of living area.

Atlanta Beach
Ronald and Pricilla Stockwell, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 226 S. 26th St. to Christopher and Jacqueline Vaniotis, of North Yarmouth, Maine, for $275,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,636 square feet of living area.

Cochran Place
Carla and Harold Ashley, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 220 N. Seventh St. to Deborah and Carter Kennedy, of Vilas, N.C., for $225,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,704 square feet of living area.

Morningside
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 2309 S. Daytona Ave. to Catherine Sankowski, of Flagler Beach for $215,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths a pool and 1,810 square feet of living area.

Canopy Walk
James and Marilyn Engel, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 100 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 125, to Robert and Elizabeth McKenna, of Freehold, N.J., for $190,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area.

Cinnamon Beach
Louis and Bonnie Olinto, of Winter Springs, sold the condo at 1200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1133, to Justin and Kathleene Breton, of Gainesville, for $230,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $191,300.

Cypress Knoll
Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 Evansmill Trail to Migdalia Rivera and Felix Rodriguez, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,511 square feet of living area.

Joseph and Nella Mastropierro, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 44 Egret Trail to Judith Arnett, of Trinity, for $245,500. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 2,775 square feet of living area.

Babrosh LLC, of Millwood, N.Y., sold the condo at 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 918, to Bryan Jacobs, of Orange Park, for $370,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet of living area.

Gribble Resort Properties LLC, of The Villages, sold the condo at 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 538, to Eric Mason, of Champions Gate, for $145,000. Built in 2003, it has one bedroom, one bath and 678 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $485,000.

Rhonda Feigenbaum, of Lido Beach, N.Y., sold the condo at 25 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1234, to Dean and Lisa Troester, of Lincoln, Neb., for $217,500. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet of living area.

Hammock Dunes Cambria
Timothy Rock, of Methuen, Mass., sold the condo at 19 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 202, to Claude and Malissa Hearn, of Winter Park, for $500,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,340 square feet of living area.

Hidden Lakes
Dr. Horton Inc., of Jacksonville, sold the home at 26 Arrowhead Drive to Edison and Jasmine Jaya, of Palm Coast, for $229,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,095 square feet of living area.

Jake Dolan and Chelsea Kinsell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 40 Arrowhead Drive to Teresa and John Szymula, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,634 square feet of living area.

Indian Trails
Howard and Judy Elliot, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 54 Barring Place to William and Mary Thompson, of Palm Coast, for $281,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,437 square feet of living area.

Quail Hallow
Kristen Kahn, of Damascus, Md., and Kimberly Lucia, of Frederick, Md., sold the home at 3 Kankakee Trail to Anthony and Sharon Militano, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 2,282 square feet of living area.

Surf Club
Stephen and Janice Baldi, of Melrose, Mass., sold the condo at 104 Surfview Drive, Unit 2407, to Paul Nieminen, of Atlanta, for $209,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,158 square feet of living area.
