George and Annette Walker, of Palm Coast, sold the house at 57 Presidential Lane to Wilfried Heier and Norma Pulsifer, of Palm Coast, for $178,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,606 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 203 for $170,000.

Cypress Knoll

Antoni and Carol Scott, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 73 Eastwood Drive to Richard and Carol Clauson of Nags Head, North Carolina for $185,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 11,771 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2014 for $174,000.

Alan Paul Reider, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 eagle Harbor Trail to Cynthia Crider, of Palm Coast, for $164,000. Built in 1998 it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,664 square feet of living space.

Elli and Kimberly Calidonio, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 6 Eastvue Place to Darrell and Marcia Moore, of Palm Coast, for $243,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,280 square feet of living space. Sold previously in 2007 for $231,000.

Fuquay

Pamela and Lamont Nooner of Daytona Beach, sold the home at 1836 Central Ave to Rosi Viana, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,489 square feet of living space. Previously sold in 2012 for $188,000.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 1920 Palmetto Ave South to Patricia Johnson, of Flagler Beach, for $183,900. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one half bathroom, a fireplace and 2,392 square feet of living space. Previously sold in 1999 for $140,000.

Grand Haven

Garner and Agnes Hardgrove of Gaithersburg, Maryland, sold the home at 23 Shinnecock Drive to Jacqueline Rodgers, of Lakewood, New Jersey, for $250,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool, spa, summer kitchen and 2,061 square feet of living space. Originally sold in 1999 for $187,500.

Brian and Jeanne Birkel of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18Sweetwater Court to Robert and Jacqueline Iacovelli, of Palm Coast, for $330,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one half bath, a swimming pool and 2,335 square feet of living space.

D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 18 Auberry Drive to Stephanie Gay, of Palm Coast, for $199,900. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,540 square feet of living area.

Indian Trails

Deutsche Bank National sold the home at 18 Burning Bush Place to Darin and Julia Lemon of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,480 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2005 for $192,000.

The Bank of New York Mellon sold the home at 114 Burroughs Drive to Vassili Chtonda of Palm Coast, for $125,475. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,014 square feet of living space. Previously sold in 2006 for $244,200.

Frances Ellen of Palm Coast, sold the home at 70 Berkshire Lane to James Barrett of Palm Coast, for $136,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, swimming pool and 1,290 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2008 for $85,000.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 34 Russman Lane to Shawn and Shirley Guy, of Palm Coast, for $162,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,964 square feet of living area. Sold previously in 2007 for $199,000.

Seagate Homes sold the home at 42 Red Birch Lane to Willis and Carolyn Roberson of Maplewood, Minnesota, for $188,900. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,208 square feet of living area.

Paredes Enterprises sold the home at 62 Radcliffe Drive to G&T Homes for $168,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,777 square feet of living area. Sold originally in 2006 for $278,600.

Elena Bychkova of Palm Coast, sold the home at 62 Ryan Drive to Jean Pearson and Rodney Hendricks of Palm Coast, for $143,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,536 square feet of living area. The home sold previously in 2013 for $106,000.

Marineland Acres

US Bank Trust National sold the home at 57 Ocean Street to Gilles Burger of Palm Coast, for $333,900. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one half bath, a fireplace and 1,966 square feet of living area. The home sold previously in 1999 for $167,500.

Matanzas Woods

Bernard Valdez and Robert Valdez of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 Ludlow Lane East to Katherine and Donald Cunningham of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,850 square feet of living area. The home was previously sold in 2014 for $118,400.

John and Ersilia Olimpio of Pawling New York, sold the home at 4 Lema lane to Christopher Braucher of Palm Coast, for $147,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,466 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 2008 for $157,000.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 6 Lyndenhurst Lane to LIR Properties for $145,000. Built in 2004, it has six bedrooms, two bathrooms, one half bath and 2,390 square feet of living area.

Barbara Bergman of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 613 Yorkshire Drive to Brent Salley of Gainesville, for $507,500. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,661 square feet of living area.

John Kirkman of Palm Coast, sold the home at 40 Sea Front Trail to Wayne Bailey of Palm Coast, for $167,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one half bath and 2,887 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 2007 for $240,000.

Janice Dehart of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 300 5th Street to Ronald and Dorothy Cote of Willis Texas, for $245,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms 1,292 square feet of living area.

Palm Coast Plantation

Reslot sold the home at 58 Lakewalk Drive North to Terry and Thuy Garman, of Palm Coast, for $460,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one half bath and 2,795 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor

Stanley Laczka of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Crompton Place to Annette and Dennis Bauman, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,199 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 2003 for $121,500.
