A house with a swimming pool and fireplace was the top real estate transition for March 10 through 16. Joann Toth, of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, sold the home at 3 Indian Mound Court to Kevin and Sandra Hughes, of Flagler Beach, for $400,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 3,568 square feet of living space.

Belle Terre

Grace Orlik, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 62 Prince Michael Lane to Rosetta Clevenstine, of Palm Coast, for $162,500. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,833 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2006 for $219,500.

Cypress Knoll

Hugh O’Connor, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 26 Eric Drive to B.Frank and Susan DeSalvo, of Farmingdale, New York, for $250,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,506 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2003 for $257,000.

Flagler Beach

Joseph and Sallrae Thornley, of Montville, Maine, sold the home at 2254 Daytona Ave., to Louis Stefik, of Murphy, Texas, for $245,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,652 square feet of living space.

Robert and Victoria Stanton, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1911 Palmetto Ave S. to Kamal and Laurie Jarrah, of Flagler Beach, for $250,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,360 square feet of living space.

M. Stewart Griffith Jr., of Billsborough, North Carolina, sold the home at 1640 Ocean Shore Blvd to Kerry McIntyre, of Ormond Beach, for $322,500. Built in 1945, it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 1,640 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 1981 for $74,900.

Grand Haven

Walter and Margaret Matuzak, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 Grandview Drive to Lawrence and Ruth Ann Cirina, of Irvine, California, for $350,000.  Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,433 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2002 for $270,000.

Hammock Beach

Frank and Donna Lombardo, of Lakeville, Minnesota, sold the home at 15 Ocean Crest Way to Misroslav Tchipanov, of Lakeland, for $190,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,160 square feet of living space.

Indian Trails

Maya and Yosif Raygorodsky, of Marlboro, New Jersey, sold the home at 154 Bayside Drive to Mathieu Polrier, of Palm Coast, for $178,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,140 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2004 for $150,100.

U.S. Bank, of Santa Monica, California, sold the home at 15 Bird of Paradise to Todd Sorensen and Carmela Brignone, of Palm Coast, for $142,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,481 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2007 for $185,000.

Lehigh Woods

Shelby and Annette Harris, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 78 Ryecliffe Drive to John and Christine Wise, of Palm Coast, for $236,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,237 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2005 for $238,000.

Ocean Palm

Shirley Blevins, of Woodstock, Georgia, sold the home at 214 Ocean Palm Drive to Arthur and Eileen Peterson, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two bathroom and 1,874 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2003 for $92,900.

Palm Harbor

Stacey Nagy, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 70 Foxhall Lane to Marvin Hineman, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,481 square feet of living area. The home previously sold in 2008 for $130,000.

D. Roger Young, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 88 Colechester Lane to Cory and Sibahan Sanders, of Palm Coast, for $217,500. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,135 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 1990 for $120,200.

George and Maria DaConceicao, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 Flat Rock lane to Peggy Fricke, of Coral Springs, for $220,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,877 square feet of living space.

Pine Grove

Holiday Builders, Inc., of Melbourne, sold the home at 42 Port Royal Drive to Beau and Jessica Falgout, of Palm Coast, for $197,502. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,864 square feet of living space.

Pine Lakes

Thomas Moschetto, of El Paso, Texas, sold the home at 4 Wingate Place to Fredrick Bell III, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2000 it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,662 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2000 for $115,000.

Helene Candon, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Westcliffe Lane to David and Marie Wine, of Palm Coast, for $142,500. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,579 square feet of living space.

Patrick and Dawn Moynihan, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 96 White Hall Drive to Christine Singura, of Boca Raton, for $205,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two bedrooms and 1,851 square feet of living space. The home previously sold in 2012 for $157,000.

Seminole Woods

Laurence Bove, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Senseney Path to Haylie Allegra, of Palm Coast, for $149,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,820 square feet of living space.

Tidelands

Joseph and Tobie McGovern, of Seaford, New York, sold the home at 95 Riverview Bend to Carlos and Karla Martinez, of Carle Place, New York, for $190,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,098 square feet of living space.
