Joshua D. Knight, 35, has opened a legal service at 9 Florida Park Drive. The Law Office of Joshua D. Knight opened in April 2013, and serves as Knight’s main focus, though he still maintains clients from his Jacksonville practice. Knight, who retired from the U.S. Army as a sergeant, specializes in real estate, business law, bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
New 'beachy' real estate agency opens
Palm Coast and the Beaches Real Estate opened in Palm Coast at 7 Florida Park Drive on June 7 by Catherine Groom. Groom, 33, is the first generation, with her brother, to be born in the U.S. Her parents were born in Cuba, and her family has been involved with real estate across the nation. She said she would like her business to have a “beach feel” and remain “family oriented.” This is currently her only agency.
Watson Realty names top sales agent
Watson Realty Corp. has named Richard J. De Ceglie its top sales agent for May 2013. De Ceglie has been in the real estate industry since 1986, and he has serviced Flagler County since 1989. He was awarded the Certified Residential Specialist designation in 1995, the highest such designation awarded to residential sales associates.
