A total of 94 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, July 12, and Wednesday, July 18.

Still in the developmental stages, General Commercial submitted a site plan application for the final plat of an Airport Commerce Center, at the corner of Seminole Woods Parkway and State Road 100.

CRI Soph Beauty Innovations (for facials and body wraps, etc.) and Timothy Goan, P.A., were also issued occupancy permits, at 395 Palm Coast Parkway and 4975 Palm Coast Parkway, respectively.

Richard Ruebel was issued a $10,000 permit for landscaping and irrigation at 98 Flagler Plaza Drive, as well.

No commercial certificates of occupancy were issued.

Phillips Coastal Construction was issued a $500 permit for Ygei Medical, a clinic at 145 Cypress Point Parkway.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to New Coastal Homes, for $16,100 alterations to 75 Zephyr Lily Trail. No permits for single-family homes were issued.
