A Palm Coast man who'd been charged with sexually molesting a 12-year-old girl was released on bond, then arrested again on additional charges.

Bryan Loveland, 38, was arrested in North Carolina April 4 on charges of molesting a Palm Coast girl on the previous Christmas.

He was jailed at the county jail on a charge of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child, then released on $50,000 bond.

After his release at 1:22 p.m. April 20, Loveland was arrested again at 6:27 p.m. the same day on charges that he'd also molested a girl a few days before Christmas.

The victim told Flagler County Sheriff's Office detectives March 30 that Loveland had approached her on or about Dec. 23, 2016, and that he'd kissed her on the lips and touched her genitalia under her clothing.

She told a detective that "she repeatedly tried to push Bryan Loveland off of her and away from her, but he would not stop," according to a detective's account of the girl's statement.

He has been charged with three additional counts of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child ages 12-16, and bond has been set at a combined $350,000.
