Brian McMillan, Managing Editor: After working for two years as the sports editor at the East County Observer, near Sarasota, Brian left Florida to earn his Master's of Fine Arts degree in creative nonfiction at Northern Michigan University. He then returned to The Observer Group as the managing editor of the Palm Coast Observer since its first issue in February 2010.

Andrew O'Brien, Sports Editor: After graduating from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication with a concentration on Journalism, Andrew returned to his hometown. He has been with the Palm Coast Observer since its first issue in February 2010.
Shanna Fortier, Staff Writer: After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism with a concentration in visual communications, Shanna returned to her hometown of Palm Coast. She has been with the Palm Coast Observer since its second issue in February 2010.
